Senior Vice President CMP J. P. Morgan Chase


Maureen is Senior Vice President at JP Morgan Chase Bank where she serves as National Program Manager for GSE (Government Sponsored Enterprise) programs. GSE programs provide liquidity in the market for mortgage lenders providing funds for housing in the marketplace. Maureen has been with JPMorgan Chase for 11 years.

Maureen has more than 25 years leadership experience in the mortgage banking industry highlighted by her proven ability to develop strategic relationships and lead teams to implement tactical corporate objectives. Prior to JPMorgan Chase Maureen's professional experience included Countrywide Financial where she served as a Regional Vice President of North East Division. Margaretten & Company where she was Vice President for 10 years, National State Bank (predecessor to Wachovia) where she co-established and ran a mortgage banking group including sales, originations, underwriting, secondary and shipping, Commercial Mortgage Company, James W. Rouse & Company where she began her mortgage banking experience.

She is a graduate of The University of Wisconsin and received her MBA from Rutgers University.

Maureen has served in leadership positions and as a direct services support in various non-profit organizations for most of her adult life, as time allowed. She completed her education while employed full time and while being a mother of her own son and as host to foreign students from China and Korea for 10 and 5 years respectively while they attended high school and college here in the United States.

She has served as a board member of Homefirst a 20 year non-profit housing organization that provides emergency shelter and supportive housing to homeless in Union County. She has also served as a board member an committee chair of the Unitarian Universalist Association, Chose to Lead a woman based organization to fund, research, and publication of issues surrounding barriers of re-entry of women returning to work; and NJ MBA: New Jersey Mortgage Banker's Association. Maureen is a past honoree of the YWCA of the USA National Board - Tribute to Women in International Industry.

Maureen has been married for 33 years to Alan Darwin and has one son.
